Solar Modules:
We offer Solar Modules, made in Germany and high performance guaranty longevity of the modules. To let your solar system be cost-efficient, the solar modules should have a performance guarantee of not less then 25 years. Our modules have a performance guarantee of 25 years, which shows the confidence of the producers in their quality. Not only the quality of the solar cells and their efficiency should be taken under consideration. A solar module that should work for 25 years and longer, standing outside in the dessert or under bad weather conditions, must also have a perfect frame for these climate conditions. This also is the case with the glass on top of the modules and the junction box. How good is your solar module, when the cells work perfect, but the junction box starts rotting and the wires no longer have contact to the cells? Here we trust in German quality and encourage our clients to invest in Quality to assure a long life of your modules and your system without big maintenances.
Batteries:
We offer different batteries, from Germany, Canada and other European producers. We use sealed “gel” or absorbed glass-matt (AGM) type lead-acid batteries to avoid all battery maintenance. OPzV batteries are based on tubular plate technology and the fixing of the electrolyte as gel. The construction as sealed batteries makes OPzV batteries maintenance free. Most off-grid solar and battery back-up systems use an open-cap deep-discharge liquid lead-acid battery. Depending on the size of your PV-Solar system and location we choose best batteries for you.
PV- battery charge controller:
A Solar Charge Controller (or Regulator) is a device which protects the batteries in a solar electric system from being overcharged or being over-discharged. Overcharged batteries have a much shorter life time than well cared for batteries since the electolyte is boiled off as gas and lost. Overly discharged (i.e. flat) lead acid batteries become permanently damaged, so a solar charge controller is used to disconnect any load when the battery is discharged down to a safe cut off voltage.
We use different models of Morningstar charge controllers that have a three-function controller and provide reliable solar battery charging, load control or diversion regulation. It is rated up to 60 amps and has an optional meter, remote meter and remote temperature sensor.
Inverters:
To supply an AC load with power from a PV-Solar System you need to use a DC / AC inverter (output usually 230V / 50Hz). For applications that are in use with communication systems it is important to have a pure sinus wave AC supply. True sine wave voltage inverters provide clean, stable power for computers, communications systems, radio equipment, stereo, marine equipment and other applications that are sensitive to AC voltage irregularity. We choose the best inverter for your application.
Installation Material:
We offer you complete solutions including all cables and installation materials. However, some of our clients prefer to purchase the installation materials (PV Array Mounting Structure, PV Array Combiner Box, cables and wires, clamps, Battery Bank and Equipment Enclosure, … ) locally to reduce price. Janzir SOLAR S&C will support you to choose the right material and will send you all required details and structure designs, so you will be able to reduce system price by using local material.
